The founder started enterprising his business in the year 1977 as Zafar Enterprises in a small scale mainly catering the stationery needs. With the growth of economy and increasing demand, the Enterprise evolved to Percetakan Zafar Sdn Bhd (Zafar Printing Pvt Ltd).

Currently Percetakan Zafar is a modern printing plant specialised in the book printing, binding, and finishing. It is equipped with the most up to date technology to provide quality and affordable printing. It has invested in machineries which caters multiple sizes and with fast production speed and this has enabled it to compete locally and internationally.

Percetakan Zafar Sdn Bhd offers its service to print the Holy Al Quran, Islamic Books, Education textbooks, activity books, commercial products such as magazines and annual reports. The company is proud to be one of the few license holders in Malaysia to be able to print the Holy Al- Quran. It caters these services locally and internationally.
