If you are a customer out of the Peninsular Malaysia your job will be delivered to through sea or air shipment depending upon the value and urgency of your requirement and if you are a customer residing in the Peninsular Malaysia then your goods will be delivered by lorry.

We provide a complete set of digital proofs for all jobs for your confirmation and upon your confirmation then only our printing process will commence.

After confirmation of artwork, it requires 7 to 21 working days depending on your product specification.

The usual payment terms are 50% deposit upon confirmation and 50% balance upon completion otherwise stated. Payments could be made by cash, cheque or interbank fund transfer and upon making the payment please fax or email us the slip.
